Renegotiations of contracts.

Renegotiations of contracts with current clubs and search for transfers based on goals and needs of the footballer are included.

Within this section we work with a global vision of the player’s career, taking into account her line of progression and long-term professional planning.

Welfare Protection

Our priority is to protect a high level of well-being.

Apart from the sports management in PLAYBALL, we give great importance to everything that involves a “new contract”, “new country”, “new city”, “new house”, etc.

We also deal with what that change means for the footballer. We get involved in finding that new accommodation to get used to, that new university or academy in which to continue training or that new form of movement.

Our priority is to protect a high level of well-being so that the footballer’s sport performance is at its best. This way we can achieve those goals and satisfy those needs more easily.

Social Media has been increasingly important in any professional’s profile.

In PLAYBALL we focus on this matter with the objective of working on a communicative strategy and development of a personal brand for each player, always adapted to their personality.

The most important thing regarding this is that, based on that necessary trust that we try to establish as a starting point, we get to know the player perfectly. This knowledge of values, tastes or lifestyle helps us identify and select advertising campaigns or press articles that adapt to the footballer and not vice versa.

Nutrition: study and development of a specific nutrition plan adapted to new coaching and lifestyles.
Physical preparation: planning, designing, developing and evaluating fitness activities, improvement, optimization and recovery of the physical condition.
